If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or our Services.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. 3. Description of Services
chelorens operates a residential care home in Bangkok, Thailand, offering three tiers of accommodation and support for older adults:
- Independent Living Suite â self-contained accommodation with communal meals, housekeeping, social activities, and light assistance available on request.
- Personal Care Residence â structured daily support including bathing, dressing, medication management, physiotherapy, and wellness monitoring, overseen by a dedicated care coordinator.
- Full Spectrum Nursing â round-the-clock nursing supervision for residents with complex medical or cognitive needs, including specialised dementia support, palliative care, and rehabilitation planning.
The availability of each tier is subject to capacity. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service programme with reasonable advance notice to affected residents and their families.
4. Enquiries and Admission
Submitting an enquiry through our Website does not constitute a binding agreement for services. All admissions are subject to a care assessment conducted by our team, mutual agreement on the appropriate care tier, and the signing of a separate Residential Care Agreement.
We reserve the right to decline admission where we believe, in good faith, that we are unable to meet a prospective resident's care needs safely and appropriately.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Website or interacting with chelorens, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in any forms or communications submitted to us.
- You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, nor in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its availability or functionality.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
- You will not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content from the Website without our prior written consent.
- You will not submit false, misleading, or harmful material through our contact forms or any other communication channel.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content on the chelorens website â including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and photographic images â is owned by or licensed to chelorens and is protected under the intellectual property laws of Thailand and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Content without our express written permission.
7. Payment Terms
Monthly fees for our residential care tiers are as follows:
- Independent Living Suite â āļŋ19,500 per month
- Personal Care Residence â āļŋ41,000 per month
- Full Spectrum Nursing â āļŋ69,000 per month
These fees cover accommodation, meals, housekeeping, activities, and the care services specified for each tier. Certain additional services â such as specialist medical consultations, personal supplies, or external excursions â may incur supplementary charges, which will be communicated to families in advance.
Payment is due on the first day of each calendar month. Accepted payment methods are detailed in your Residential Care Agreement. chelorens reserves the right to adjust fees with no less than sixty (60) days' written notice to the responsible party.
Refund arrangements, including any applicable credit for partial months, are set out in the individual Residential Care Agreement signed at the time of admission.
8. Service-Specific Terms
Care Delivery: chelorens's care programmes are delivered by qualified staff in accordance with Thai healthcare regulations. While we make every effort to maintain consistent care routines, specific staff assignments may vary due to scheduling, leave, or operational requirements.
Scope of Care: The scope of care provided under each tier is described at the time of admission and documented in the resident's personal care plan. Changes to the care plan â whether initiated by families, by our care team, or because of a change in the resident's condition â will be discussed and agreed upon with the family before implementation.
Tier Transitions: If a resident's needs change, chelorens may recommend a transition to a different care tier. Such transitions will always be discussed with the resident's family and are subject to mutual agreement and availability.
Visiting: Families are welcome to visit during our published visiting hours. We ask visitors to respect the routines and privacy of all residents within the home.
