Personal Care Residence

How do I know which residence tier is right for my parent?
We offer a complimentary care assessment where we meet with your family and, where appropriate, with your parent directly. We then suggest the tier that best fits their current daily needs, preferences, and any medical considerations — with no pressure to decide on the day.
Can my loved one move to a higher tier if their needs change?
Yes. Care transitions happen naturally at chelorens. If a resident's needs evolve, our care coordinator will speak with the family and arrange a smooth, sensitive move to a more suitable tier — usually without any disruption to their familiar surroundings or relationships with staff.
Can family members visit whenever they wish?
Family visits are always welcome. We operate generous visiting hours and believe that connection with loved ones is an important part of each resident's wellbeing. Families are also encouraged to join care review meetings and speak directly with their loved one's care coordinator at any time.
What are the monthly fees and what do they include?
Monthly fees are ฿19,500 for Independent Living, ฿41,000 for Personal Care, and ฿69,000 for Full Spectrum Nursing. Each fee covers accommodation, meals, housekeeping, activities, and the care services specific to that tier. Our team will walk you through exactly what is included during your consultation.
Is chelorens suitable for residents with dementia?
Our Full Spectrum Nursing tier includes specialised memory and dementia support. Staff in this tier receive additional training in communication and cognitive care approaches. We create familiar, calm routines that help residents with memory conditions feel oriented and secure throughout each day.
How soon can a new resident move in?
Subject to availability and completion of our care assessment, move-in can typically be arranged within one to two weeks. For families facing more pressing circumstances, we do our best to accommodate a faster timeline where possible. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
