How We Approach Residential Care
At chelorens, care begins with understanding. Before a resident moves in, we spend time with them and their family — listening to preferences, reviewing health history, and building a clear picture of what a good day looks like for this particular person.
Assessment
We meet with the resident and family to understand current needs, preferences, and goals.
Care Planning
A personal care plan is developed and documented before move-in, then reviewed monthly.
Settled In
Our team provides a gradual, supported transition with a welcome coordinator assigned from day one.
Ongoing Review
Care plans adapt as the resident's needs or preferences change, with families always informed.
Residence Tier 1
Independent Living Suite
For seniors who manage most of their daily life independently but want the reassurance of a supportive community around them. Each resident receives a self-contained suite with a kitchenette, sitting area, and private bathroom — a genuinely personal space to make their own. Three communal meals are available daily, and housekeeping is provided twice weekly. Social opportunities include the shared library, rooftop garden, and regular group outings around Bangkok. Light assistance with reminders, appointment coordination, or carrying items is always available from our friendly support staff. This tier is about preserving autonomy while removing the isolation that can accompany living alone.

Personal Care Residence
Suited for seniors who benefit from structured daily assistance while still living in a comfortable, home-like setting. This tier includes all the features of Independent Living, plus daily support with bathing, dressing, and grooming, medication management, regular physiotherapy, and wellness monitoring. A dedicated care coordinator develops an individualised routine for each resident, adjusting it as preferences or needs evolve over time. Enrichment activities include music therapy, reminiscence workshops, gentle swimming sessions, and weekend cultural excursions. Families are actively encouraged to participate in care reviews and receive regular written communication about their loved one's day-to-day life and wellbeing.

Residence Tier 3
Full Spectrum Nursing
A deeply supportive care tier for seniors living with complex medical or cognitive conditions. This includes all Personal Care Residence services, alongside round-the-clock nursing supervision, specialised dementia and memory support, individualised rehabilitation planning, palliative care, and dietary programmes crafted with professional nutritional guidance. Each resident is assigned a primary nurse and a small, consistent care team who come to know them personally. Rooms include hospital-standard adjustable beds, call systems, oxygen availability, and comfort-focused furnishings. Regular multi-disciplinary care meetings bring together nursing, therapy, and nutrition staff. Families have a dedicated point of contact who provides transparent, compassionate updates and helps navigate evolving care decisions with sensitivity.
